For hygiene and safety reasons, all our mattresses, box springs, and bedding items are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Terms of Sale
1. The customer must ensure that access to their home is wide enough to allow for the proper delivery of the ordered goods.
2. Goods may be partially delivered in the event of a manufacturer production delay.
3. In the case of an unusual delivery, our team can still make the delivery by appointment. However, additional fees may apply depending on the situation. Some deliveries involve greater risks, and our delivery personnel must take appropriate safety measures. Matelas Laurentien is not responsible for any damage that may be caused to your home or to the merchandise during such delivery.
